Definitions of withdrawal by the client:

• The client can withdraw from the contract at any time prior to commencing the trip. Cancellation must be in writing, and in this respect receipt of the cancellation declaration shall be the deciding factor. In the event of cancellation, cancellation charges shall be levied to compensate for work undertaken and monies disbursed. The following table shows the amount of the cancellation charges in question. Flat-rate cancellation charges:
