• FCC MB Docket No. 04-232 is a Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) concerning adopted on June 21, 2004 by the Federal Communications Commission. It is a rule designed to require the recording of all broadcast programming for a period of 60-90 days. If adopted, radio and television broadcasters would have to maintain an archive of all their broadcasts and retain them for a period of time.
