Definitions of bandwidth @ rated power:

• This specification tells you the range of frequencies the amplifier was reproducing when it achieved the claimed power or "wattage." Some manufacturers rate their amplifiers down to only 40Hz or while using a 1kHz test tone. Amplifiers that use a full 20Hz to 20kHz (20,000Hz) bandwidth are designed to put out their rated power under real-world conditions while playing music and movies.
